We’ll be holding a Q&A session on Twitch. Any questions?
The sixth year in business was particularly eventful for GOG.com. We’ve done quite a lot of interesting, exciting, surprising, or even controversial things. We’re glad that you liked most of the new things we did, but we’re well aware you’ve had some negative feedback for us as well. Nobody’s perfect, you know, but it’s important to try and become better at what you do. That’s what we’re doing here, with lots and lots of help from you, our community. So, let’s sit down and talk. We’re sure you have some questions for us, as well as a fair share of praise and criticism.
An on-line live broadcast is a nice and simple way to make such a conversation possible, so the Twitch.tv/GOGcom channel seems to be a great place to hang out with you. Let’s do so on Tuesday, September 7, at 4:30PM GMT (that’s 9:30AM PDT / 2:00PM EDT). If you want your question answered by the guys in charge of GOG.com (Marcin “iWi” IwiĆski and Piotr “Destro” Karwowski), there are two ways to ask them.
We’ve opened a special section of our community wishlist devoted to collecting and selecting the questions most popular among the gamers using our service – exclusively to be answered during our Twitch Q&A. You can go there and post your question and/or vote on other questions you’d like us to answer (use the “add your wish” option). We’ll be answering at least 10 of the top-voted questions from the list. You’ll be able to add and vote on questions even during the Q&A, so it can get interesting! On top of that, we’ll be picking additional questions from the Twitch live-chat during the stream. We’re anxious to see what interests you the most, so go ahead and post your inquiries!
At GOG.com we believe that talking to each other is what makes us all progress, and your feedback has always been an important factor in everything we do. We take pride in having such a community so invested in our service. It will be a pleasure to talk with you guys again, and we’re looking forward to the meeting! Again, the place: Twitch.tv/GOGcom channel, the time: Tuesday, September 14, at 4:30PM GMT /9:30AM PDT / 12:30PM EDT, questions posting and voting: Q&A section on the community wishlist. See you soon!
